A portion of transactions processed through Pay with Cause is directed toward charitable giving as described on our site. Specific rates, programs, and terms are provided during the application and approval process and may be governed by separate agreements.

Eligibility & Approval

Our Services are intended for businesses. Merchant accounts are subject to application, underwriting, and approval by us and our sponsoring banks and processors. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion and in accordance with applicable network and legal requirements.

Fees, Pricing Programs & Savings

We offer several pricing programs, which may include traditional, cash discount, and surcharge options. Availability and compliance of certain programs vary by state and card network rules. Any savings figures, comparisons, or estimates provided are illustrative, based on the information available, and are not guarantees of future results.

Equipment

Equipment offers, including free or discounted terminals, are subject to qualification, availability, and the terms of your merchant agreement. Equipment may be provided, sold, or placed subject to return or other conditions described at the time of your order.

Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your contact information and consenting, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your quote and our Services, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Third-Party Services & Trademarks

Our Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms and products, including OwnerRez, Clover, Square, Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, and terminal manufacturers. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those companies unless expressly stated. Pay with Cause is an authorized agent of EPI, TSYS, and Fiserv.

Intellectual Property
